• Site address including Lot No., RP No. and local council
• Building type and classification (i.e. 8 storey office building – Class 5)
• Location/extent of construction within the building
• Fire Rating Level (FRL) to be achieved
• Type, manufacturer and approved system of products used
• Reference drawings and documentation

Fire-rated Service Penetrations

• Site inspection/photos of installation
• Site address including Lot No., RP No. and local council
• Building type and classification (i.e. 8 storey office building – Class 5)
• Location/extent of penetrations within the building – Penetration Register Link
• Fire Rating Level (FRL) to be achieved
